Players should attempt to make 5 total of each move. Each Move should be attempting from both sides of the floor.

Remember to always:

  • Attack the basket
  • On last dribble turn shoulders square to the baseline
  • Land on 2 on feet with shoulders and hips sqaure to the sideline
