Players of all skill levels can use our program to gear up for a fantastic season, whether they are competing in a rec league or on a school team. This proven program enhances fundamental skills and increases basketball IQ, setting the stage for success on the court.
Parents and players have praised our Preseason Development for the structure, enthusiasm, and dynamic pace over the past 15+ years. Our preseason development focuses on the essentials of basketball, while also expanding players' knowledge of drills and understanding of coaches' expectations at the recreational, middle school, high school, and collegiate levels.

Beginner Lesson:
The first 45 minutes is designated to our youngest players who are just beginning and need the most help/attention learning the very basics such as simply catching the basketball.
Beginner/Intermediate hour:
The second hour is designated to our slightly older beginners and/or those athletes who have some experience playing, but are still new to certain concepts. This class will still focus on the basics while also incorporating more advanced skills tailored to their age/grade levels.
Intermediate/Advanced hour:
The last hour is for those athletes who have acquired the fundamental basketball skills and/or have played in a competitive setting before. This class will focus on more advanced concepts of the game
