1 Foot Floaters - Transfer Ball Opposite Side
- Dribble
- Step
- Plant
- Explode up on 1 foot
- Transfer ball opposite of your plant foot
- Score - finishing with your hand high
= Make 10 each hand

1 Foot Floaters - Ball Same Side
- Dribble with ball foot side
- Step
- Plant
- Explode up on 1 foot
- Keep ball on the same side
- Score - finishing with your hand high
= Make 10 each hand


2 Foot Floaters
- Attack dribble
- Step
- Hop, 
- Land on 2 feet
- Score - finishing with your hand high
= Make 10 each hand

Warm-up

1 minute jumping jacks
15 push-ups
1 minute mountain climbers 
15 Burpees
REPEAT X 2

High Skips- 45 seconds
Rest- 15 seconds
Lateral Skater Jumps- 45 seconds
Rest - 15 Seconds
Quick Feet + Jab Step - 45 seconds
Rest - 15 seconds 
REPEAT X 3

Suitcase Crunch - 20 seconds
Rest- 10 seconds
Reverse Crunch - 20 seconds
Rest - 10 seconds
Side plank - 20 seconds (switch sides second time around)
Rest - 10 seconds
REPEAT X 2
