1 - 2 Step & Shoot:

15 Shots - Left Elbow
15 Shots - Middle of the Free Throw Line
15 Shots- Right Elbow
25 Shots - Alternating Elbows 

2-foot Catch & Shoot:

15 Shots - Left Elbow
15 Shots - Middle of the Free Throw Line
15 Shots- Right Elbow
25 Shots - Alternating Elbows 

Conditioning

Workout #2:

Defensive Slides- 1 Minute
1 Minute Planks Hold
High Knees - 1 Minute
20 Lunges (10 each leg) 
10 Push-ups
20 Sit-ups
Repeat X 3 

Tips

  • Do a slight warm-up: jog in place and high knees to get the heart pumping
  • Work hard
  • Perform each movement/exercise correctly
  • Remember to always breathe
  • Stay hydrated
  • Have some fun with it
  • Stretch as needed after
  • Replenish your body with proper nutrients & water afterwards
