March 23 Workout Plan

WBBL Athletes! Today marks the first day of your home workout regimens. Below you will find an Offseason Development skill lesson brought to you by coach Josh Gregory, a strength and conditioning workout, and basketball IQ workout.

Workout #1:

50 Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Planks Hold
10 Push-ups 
20 Squat Jumps 
1 Minute Wall Sit 
20 Sit-ups
Repeat X 3 


  •  Do a slight warm-up: jog in place and high knees to get the heart pumping
  • Work hard
  • Perform each movement/exercise correctly
  • Remember to always breathe
  • Stay hydrated
  • Have some fun with it
  • Stretch as needed after
  • Replenish your body with proper nutrients & water afterwards
