2 Foot Back Turn & 2 Foot Pro Hop Progressions
Players should attempt to make 5 total of each move. Each Move should be attempting from both sides of the floor.

Remember:
- Attack the basket
- On last dribble jump and land on 2 feet with your back to the baseline/basket/defender
- Putting your body in between the ball and defender for more protection
- Landing on 2 allows you to pivot either direction to score

Remember:
- Attack the basket
- On last dribble take off on 1 foot and hop as far as you can to the other side of the lane
- Rip the ball to the opposite side of your body while mid air
- Land on 2 feet with your shoulders either square to the corner of the court or with your back to the baseline
