Instructions

2 Foot Back Turn & 2 Foot Pro Hop Progressions

Players should attempt to make 5 total of each move. Each Move should be attempting from both sides of the floor.

What is a 2 foot back turn?

2 Foot Back Turn Fade (4:50)
2 Foot Back Turn Double Pivot (4:57)
2 Foot Back Turn Fade Step Thru (5:08)
2 Foot Back Turn Fade/Kobe (5:17)

Remember:

  • Attack the basket
  • On last dribble jump and land on 2 feet with your back to the baseline/basket/defender
  • Putting your body in between the ball and defender for more protection
  • Landing on 2 allows you to pivot either direction to score

Remember:

  • Attack the basket
  • On last dribble take off on 1 foot and hop as far as you can to the other side of the lane
  • Rip the ball to the opposite side of your body while mid air
  • Land on 2 feet with your shoulders either square to the corner of the court or with your back to the baseline
