PGC Summer Camps


Parents, if you want to your players to learn to think the game this off-season, there’s no better place for them to go than PGC. Even though PGC stands for Point Guard College, this is for players of all positions.

Every summer, thousands of players (and coaches) all over the world pour into PGCcamps to discover how to think the game and be leaders on and off the court.
Camps in Tennessee:
  • Playmaker College – Baylor School (Chattanooga) – July 1-5 - (7th-11th Grade)
  • Point Guard College – Maryville College – July 9-13 - (9th-12th & College)
  • Skills Academy I – Alliance Training Center (Franklin) – July 15-19 (4-7th Grade)
  • Scoring College – Maryville College – July 22-26 - (9th-12th & College). This led by the incredible Gilbert Abraham.

Over 10,000 players and 1,000 coaches attend PGC camps each summer, and PGC is where top NBA and NCAA coaches send their own kids each summer.

PGC - Point Guard College Residential Camps this summer. Robert Hewgley was formerly a Lead Instructor with PGC and believes that they radically change players, in basketball and in life. You are welcome to call him for more first-hand information on PGC.
  • PGC "stay on campus" camps are phenomenal. All inclusive (dorm, meals, great supervision), bring your own sheets and pillow.
  • Basketball Immersion. Everyday includes Four 3-hour basketball modules. Each day get 4 hour classroom/video, + 8 hours on court
  • Incredible education. Robert Hewgley says, "life-changing for me, wish I had experienced sooner!"
  • Grade groups are strict. Boys and Girls both welcome (separate dorms)
  • July 1-5 at Baylor School in Chattanooga: Playmaker College, for INCOMING grades 7th - 11th Grade. Led by Rob Cross.

  • July 9-13 at Maryville College, Point Guard College (this is for players at every position) 9th - 12th & College. Led by Edward LeBlanc

    PGC's flagship program for learning how to think the game.

    You’ll learn how the best guards in the world read and react to every in-game scenario… and finally become the leader every coach wants to have on their team.

  • July 15-19 in Franklin TN - grades 4-7. This is a DAY CAMP, no dorms.Not good for Knoxville people unless you have relatives in Middle TN to stay with.

  • July 22-26 at Maryville college - 9th - 12th & College - led by Gilbert Abraham!

    Become an unstoppable scorer from every position on the court.

    Learn high-level techniques for breaking down defenses and creating easy scoring opportunities. Plus, unlock a new mindset to deal with adversity and overcome any challenge.

PGC Costs and Need-Based Scholarships
PGC at Chattanooga is $845, both PGC's at Maryville College are $795. Includes Dorm room and meals. Franklin is $375. Need-based Scholarships are available from PGC, and WBBL is willing to help any player that wants to experience PGC or ANY of the above camps.
